my subscriber not recieved any mail

  • hello,

    when i try to send a test mail then that mail recieved on same time within a minute but when i try to send bulk email no single email recieved my subscriber i send 3 times newsletter from last 3 weeks but no single email recieved my any subscriber only they recieved that mail which i send by test mail.

    please solve my problem.

    It’s probably your hosting provider blocking something. What’s your site URL? We can check a few things on our end if you send us that.

    Looks like the issue is your cron URL is loading a white page. If it doesn’t load properly, messages won’t send. I’ve had a few other cases of this so let me do some research. Can you also confirm the version of sendpress you’re running?

    suddenly i updated 1.2.10.10 before your massage and i dont use new updated version for sending any mail

    It looks like your cron URL is working fine now. Are you still having any issues?
