My subdomain name shown only blank screen

    Hi,

    I study hard these days to find a solution for my blue ads screen that appears on my subdomain name last few days and now I see only white blank look like nothing.

    it was ok before when I started to create that sub but the next day it became blank.
    I notice that it may happen after i installed site kit. then i deleted site kit but still no ads. here are the site health appeared:

    please help me solve this. My main domain mane has normal ads. I am not sure why sub not work.

    @ksthangdy Thanks for creating a new topic. It doesn’t look like you have the plugin enabled on your site at present so we’re unable to troubleshoot your Site Kit placed ads setup.

    While I can ad placeholders on your site these seem to be placed via another plugin, and unfortunately there can multiple reasons why ads are not appearing. If you’ve just created or moved your blog to your subdomain you can follow this guide to attach your subdomain to your primary site.

    While we’re limitied to Site Kit support you can use the AdSense Help Center for any other queries in relation to ads not displaying. Sorry we can’t be of more assistance.

    could you help fix it if after i install site kit plugin?

    @ksthangdy I see your topic has been marked as resolved since. We can certainly check if Site Kit is working properly. If that is the case, questions regarding the display of ads are better addressed at the Adsense Help Center.
