my store has not received the IPN sent by PayPal

I received an email from paypal with the following content:
“Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:https://myShopDomain.com/wc-api/WC_Gateway_Paypal/If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.”
And since 1/29, my store has not received the IPN sent by PayPal, so the order status has always been pending payment.
I have asked the customer service of PayPal, and the customer service said please woocommerce to check why woocommerce did not update the order status and return a response of 200 after receiving the IPN message.What should I do please?
