Hi there. I have tried to move my website between hosting, and I lost years of stats on the Stats in Jetpack.

I will now use the VaultPress to migrate my website to another hosting, but I would like to get the stats back first. Can you please help me having this data back?

    Thank you very much!

    Hello there, Francisco.

It appears that the site used to be found at worldtoptop.com/novo rather than its current URL, which is worldtoptop.com. The first URL is where the stats were stored.

No problem at all, though – I’ve gone ahead and merged the stats and followers from that old connection (worldtoptop.com/novo) into the current one (worldtoptop.com) for you.

Please let us know if you need help with anything else!

Hi, @madhattersez. Thank you for taking a look into it. I have just checked, and even tried to reconnect, but it appears that the data is still not there.

By changing the view from months to years, I can see that 2015 there is some data, but all the data in between is not there. Maybe it will take some time to finish?

Thanks again for helping me with that!

Thanks for getting back in touch! It looks like what my colleague merged in was stats data for an ID that only had stats from Sept 2015 to Oct 2015.

I dug into this further and it looks like the data from 2015 to 2020 was tied to an ID using an IP address rather than your domain name. I merged that data in and it should show up right away – no need to wait or disconnect/reconnect things.

Let us know if you see the data you expect now!

Thank you very much, @csonnek. I can see it there now. Thanks again to you, and also to @madhattersez. I wish you a great day!
