    Hi,
I’ve moved from one server to another. Made all the disconnect and reconnect stuff as usual, but when I reconnect, the new server is not taking https automatically and when I go into jetpack and reconnect all the statistics are lost (and also the followers and subscribers).
I’ve tried all things I could manage, sent an email to support but cannot make everything come back. Have I lost all the stats and followers? (The only “good” thing is that I’ve downloaded the list of followers just in case).
Is there anyone who could help me or has a clue?
    Thanks!

    Hi –

I don’t think your stats and followers are lost. When I put nyagain.com through our debugging tool it passes – there are no errors.

Are you still unable to view the proper stats and followers at this time?

Yes, I only see the views since yesterday (migration), although I have more than 2 years of stats on the site. Also I dont have any subscriber, although I had more than 2k. :(((

It shouldn’t have been necessary for you to reconnect Jetpack if you were just moving the entire site to another host. Or did you also change the domain of the site?

If you disconnected, changed the domain and then reconnected, that would have resulted in a brand new Jetpack connection being created instead of the existing connection being switched over to the new domain.

That looks like the case here, as the Jetpack connection for nyagain.com is only four days old.

Was the site previously perhaps connected as c0490170.ferozo.com? That site used to be connected to the WordPress.com account that owns the connection for nyagain.com, and I see around 2000 subscribers and stats going back to 2017 for that site.

Yes! Thats the old one (the temporal url from the old server)! Could you help me migrate those stats and followers for me?

    Thanks for confirming.

We’ll need confirmation via your WordPress.com account, but I see you’ve also submitted a support ticket about this, so we’ll follow up with you there.

I’ve just replied to you via email as well.

Please log into WP-Admin and disconnect and reconnect Jetpack, and then you should see your subscribers and stats again.

    @bouman_mister,

Please open a support ticket at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support, and include your site’s current URL, as well as the URL you originally used to connect Jetpack.

As I mentioned above, we’ll need to verify we’re dealing with the owner of the WordPress.com account that owns the Jetpack connection to help with this.

    Ok, thanks @kokkieh ??
