My Sql Database Is Not accessible after installing New WP to add on domain

Here is the message I get?

mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user ‘rhveloci’@’localhost’ (using password: YES) in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1332831440.246751A9kqPuJW3g on line 1616

It says 2 of 3 parts of the WordPress install was completed in Fantastico through my Cpanel. This is my first WP install so Im sure its something simple Thanks in advance for humoring the “Noob” lol
