My SMTP – need help please!

    Trying to get My SMTP WP to work. I have all the settings correct for gmail, but I keep getting the error when I try to send a test emai:

    Some errors occurred! Check the settings or if there are other plugins SMTP active!

    I don’t see any other smtp plugin installed, not sure why its not working!
    I have:
    From email: [email protected]
    From name: me
    SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
    SMTP Encryption: Use TLS encryption
    SMTP Port: 587
    SMTP Authentication: Yes use smtp auth
    User name: [email protected]
    Password: ******
    Active Return Header: Yes

    Sending a test email to my pop3 email, and my comcast email.
