My Sites on WordPress multisite

    I’m using wordpress multisite and have 5 sites. I’ve noticed that only three of the sites show up in the sites dashboard. Likewise, the same three show up in the dropdown menu.

    The only way to access the full site list is the following menu.

    My Sites > Network Admin > My Sites

    Is this normal or do I have a bug?

    Yes, it’s normal. And no, it’s not a bug.

    Those two “missing” sites probably “belong” to a different site administrator other than the network administrator (aka superadmin).

    Remember, only superadmins can access all sites.

    And if even if you’re a superadmin, you’ll only see the sites that directly belong to your account in your normal WordPress dashboard. You’ll need to go to the network dashboard to see all sites.
