My Site's links of Posts on Google do not work

Some of my posts’ links on Google do not work esp. those with /tag/ in the middle of URL. For example this one: https://seeclouds.com/tag/pink-loses-55-pounds/ it states: sorry no post matched your search criteria. And many more. This issue started when when I moved my site from wordpress.com to self-hosted. Most of the posts also got deranked but have no problem I can rectified that later. What’s bothering me is the links. Even those I published after transfer but found on Google with /tag/ in the middle of url like the above published on Oct 17th 2012, do not work. What could be happening?
