My site wont load after doing wordpress update

    Help needed please. I went through my automatic upgrades yesterday. This included the latest wordpress option. I’m not sure if it completed or not but now my site [ redundant link removed ] wont load. I’m not getting any errors or message, just nothing happening!

    The reply you received was from a spammer, but they’ve been banned now.

    I’m not getting any errors or message, just nothing happening!

    When a 500 error happens it’s because something on your site is crashing. Can you please contact your host provider and ask then about your site’s error message?

    You’re not getting an error message on your site but your host provider should have that logged to a file. If you can share that error message then it should let us know where the problem is and what the next steps are to fix it.
