My site was hacked: look at (your) /wpau-backup/functions.php

    Hi all!

    I do not know if here is the right forum. If not please excuse and redirect me to the right one.

    Today I’ve learnt my site was hacked. I was running the very latest stable release (3.1.3), all plugins were updated, etc.

    How this happened is not clear to me. I found that my wp_config.php was changed and some things named, public/private key were added, always a file in /wpau-backup/functions.php was included … same for a fake google….php file …

    Really a serious attac. For about 1 week my site was used to phish some bank account info.

    If my logs, modified installation, etc. could be of further help please let me know.
