My site was hacked…… HELP

Hi,

I took upon a website build as a personal project for a friend and it’s been hacked, it was built about a year ago and I did it as a favour,

Now its been hacked and I can’t seem to log-in meaning I think that’s all been changed also, log-in details etc, any advice,

I set up an e-mail for this site specifically and have just tried logging in and it doenst work, then put email into password retrieval and it tells me its not in use??
