The tab at the top says…. HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

try to delete the htaccess file in the root folder of your site.

This should help you get back in:

Sorry to bother, but I havent been able to get my site back up and running. To be honest I can’t even get to my dashboard. I am guessing that I will have to get to my Dashboard to fix this problem.

Thanks WPyogi for the link to information, but I dont understand any of that. Im terrible with computers.

This all started when I was in my dashboard yesterday. I was going to add some new images to my site. But, before I did that, I noticed that there were 8 Photocrati updates. I clicked the update, and right after it completed my dashboard and my site disappeared. Not sure if this was the cause or not.

Is it possible for someone to fix this for me. Maybe remote in or something like that?

Yes, it’s very likely related to the update, but you’ll still need to use FTP to get access back in order to fix whatever is wrong. It’s not that hard to do. You could also see if your hosting company can help you.

If you want to hire someone, you can post a job listing here:

    https://jobs.wordpress.net/

But it’s really never a good idea to give access to people you don’t know from a forum, so I would not advise that.

Okay, I think I am making progress. I contacted BlueHost. They were able to get my site back up. But, the problem is that it’s not “my” site. It looks lika a generic template. They told me that maybe WordPress was not reconizing my theme. Well, it was until I updated so I am thinking that may be the cause.

So, can I go back to my site before the updates, or will I have to rebuild my entire site over again?

Again, I am sorry to bother.
