My site or new woocommerce version is not showing referral commissions info

  • My site or new woocommerce version is not showing referral commissions info in wp admin view,

    Before we had our referral info in any order, so I don’t know if the new version of woocommerce or my site have an issue that is not showing it

    We have reviewed what you mention in our installation but everything works correctly.

    Do you have our plugin, WC and WP updated to the latest version?

    Do you get an error when displaying the order from WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    Does the commission of that order appear within the commissions of our plugin?

    1. Yes we have WC and WP updated to the last version

    2. Logs are not showing anything

    3. Old commissions and orders are showing the affiliates info and they are correct, but in the last ones it’s empty as I showed you in the image:
    Old orders – referral commissions
    New orders – referral commisions

    Hello there,

    Digging deeper, we see that the ability to assign affiliates to new orders from the order management panel is only available in our premium version.
