My site name on search engines

I have my site up and running and I’m still doing tweaks and such.
When I go to google and I look up my site name it says Joy and Lingerie rather than showing the ampersand which would be Joy & Lingerie.

I changed the whole SEO thing and the site name on the browser tab shows the ampersand. Is there a way I can how the search engines display my name?

For example, when you look up Think and grow Chick, in google it shows Think & Grow Chick.
