When I look at my site when I am not logged in, it is missing huge chunks of content. However when I am logged in, it all looks right.

It seems like this has to do with some kind of condition statement in the section code?

    elseif( current_user_can( 'edit_theme_options' ) & defined("ILLDY_COMPANION") ):

Can someone help me fix this? My site: fallriver.digital

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Could you please share me the screenshots of the issue so that i can troubleshoot it?

For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, https://imgur.com/ or other image service. ??

I also noticed somehow the colors on the services and about sections are broken. How do those colors get implemented?

    Are you using any cache?

If yes then try clearing or temporary disabling it.

Also could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?

This is what I get when I view it in incognito mode. I have tried flushing the cache many times.

    The url is https://fallriver.digital
