My site looks different when logged in vs. viewing in incognito / as a visitor

  • My site looks completely different (resized cover image with no transparency, cover text appears below image instead of on top) when viewing my site not logged in / in incognito vs. how I see it when logged in / in preview. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

  • Hi @batches, sorry for the long delay.

    When what we see in the backend is not the same with what we see on the frontend, mostly it’s due to the cache. Please clear the cache, site, server, CDN cache, then check it again.
