    Hi @xaamadda,

Thanks for getting in touch about the commercial classification for your site.

By Jetpack’s definition, a commercial site is a website with activities that aim to make money. This could be through advertising or affiliate links, selling products or services, soliciting donations or sponsorships, or any other means directly related to any business or organization.

Since your site sells e-books, you will need a paid?Jetpack Stats plan. Without a paid plan, your site visitor data will be limited to 7-day highlights and 7-day traffic charts. All other Stats modules are hidden until the purchase of a commercial Stats plan.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Hi?@xaamadda,

We’ve verified several times that your site sold e-books, which makes it a commercial site. You’ll therefore need to upgrade to a paid Stats subscription. Should you need further information, please take a look at this Jetpack.com article: Jetpack Stats Plan: Free or?Paid.

    Would anybody help?

    Hi xaamadda,

Browsing your site, we’ve noticed that while it doesn’t support payments, visitors are asked to transfer money before they can receive the ebooks. The site’s therefore commercial. It is not, as you claim, informational only.

    Hi there, @xaamadda,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
