My Site is Slow, even in the Admin Panel

  • It started last week but my site is really really slow. Especially the admin panel of word press. Even editing a post is taking a long time to process. It was definitely not happening last week. Any advice?

    I am New with wordpress and i have the same problem my site is really-really slow even some times it take 40-50 secs to load home page my url is

    i checked in GT Mertix
    I got long list first onr is
    Leverage browser caching grade (F25)server. I dont Know what does it means do i need to call my hosting provider my provider is Mochahost.
