• Hello,
I have a blog and it is 2 weeks old, I installed it first on a free hosting then after 2 days I moved to a shared hosting, but a lot of my fiends are telling me that they are always seeing a page not found but in my laptop I am able to see the site perfectly, weeks of contacting my host passed but they cannot solve the issue. I decided to move to a new host yesterday and everything was successfully moved but another problem occurs, everytime my friends visit my blog because I am asking them to give me feedback they said that it shows only the background of my theme’s css, I agree with them because everytime I test my blog at https://www.webpagetest.org it shows the same from what they saw. I asked for support from my new host and they told me that it might be an issue with W3 cache, I removed the said plugin and tried to check my site again but it still the same. My last option is to do a clean installation, then again I run a test in webpagetest, all is working fine, then I imported my old post database I decided to import only the posts. Everything was fine before I go to sleep but today as I woke up and about to continue the process of fixing my blog I tried to run a test again and unfortunately, I get the same result which show only blank page. Here is the sample of the result https://www.webpagetest.org/result/120916_8T_89T/ I am suspecting the theme that caused all these problems but I tried to change theme but the same thing happens. Any suggestions? Thank you

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
