Hello! We’ve migrated to a new hosting service (Chemicloud) from our previous provider, ensuring that hosting wasn’t the cause of our slow site speed issue. However, we’ve been encountering a persistent problem with our website’s loading time. Despite having Litespeed Cache installed, the loading time remains excessively long. We’ve experimented with various configurations, such as:

    – Litespeed + Cloudflare

    – Litespeed + QUIC cloud

(also experimented with WP rocket but that was bad)

While cached pages load quickly, uncached pages take anywhere from 2 to 10 seconds to load. Currently, the site operates on QUIC cloud but Cloudflare had better results. Although Google Insight scores have improved, the loading speed remains unacceptably slow. We’ve attempted to troubleshoot by disabling and reactivating most of the plugins one by one, but there haven’t been any significant improvements nor results that would provide us better insight to the problem. Unfortunately, we’re at a loss and unsure where to focus our efforts to resolve this issue. Do you have any solutions or recommendations on what steps we should take next? Thank you very much for any assistance you can provide!

  • To make your page loads always fast you need to warmup the cache with the built-in crawler, because only the cache makes loading fast. If your page isn’t cached it shows its “real face” of your page.

If it takes too long to load without cache, then it’s not the problem with the cache plugin, but rather a poorly designed hosting. WooCoommerce requires at least a VPS.
