My site is not working

  • I get the following message on a white screen. Any ideas on how to fix it?

  • Looks like you have a bad plugin or theme. Try:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    I can’t get into the admin to change anything. I get the same message on the login page. Can this be done any other way?

    If you can login via ftp or use the file manager by logging in through a cpanel type of system, you can re-name your plugin directory effectively turning off all plugins.
