My site is nofollowing all links

I can’t figure out why my site (edwardsturm.com) is automatically nofollowing all outbound links. I’m using Alexa to see if other sites received my backlink and am not seeing it show up. It’s literally been a month.

I have ” Nofollow all links in comments” checked, could this somehow affect it?
