So I replied in an old topic (9 months ) and the moderator closed it. I have to start a new one.

In reply to the moderator, I know my site is hacked and I have checked and done most of the actions you mentioned before. I also have the latest version of WordPress (3.5.1) and my site has just been installed 1 month ago. Some popular security plugins such as WordFence or Antivirus has been installed. Chmod has been checked. Comment and upload functions are removed…

What I wonder is that many people have the same problem, their sites are hacked in the same way (same code, same injected files, same machenism). So, there MUST be a formula to hack WordPress sites like that.

Anyone has a formula to protect WordPress against this hack|attack?

Have you talked to your hosting company? Many hacks come from compromised servers.

Have you reviewed Hardening_WordPress?

And I see you are, in fact, using WordPress 3.5.1 – not 3.4.1 as indicated in the old topic that I closed. This is one reason why we ask you to please post your own topics.

@wpyogi: unfortunately, I run on a dedicated server. I had to install the server (LAMP) by myself. So of course, the hosting provider says that it’s a wordpress problem.

@esmi: Yes, I have reviewed that topic before and followed most of the suggestions (before and after the hack).

Thanks @esmi,
Useful resources. I’ve walked through it. They help to clean the hacked installation but it doesn’t help to find out the security hole on my site.

I’m still worry they’ll come back ??
