My site is down….

Okay I tried to upload music to my website. It failed about 3 times, but this could just have been the result of my connection speed. Anyways I tried one last time, but the progression was stalling and pretty much stopped. So I got agitated and just tried to refresh the page. But it didn’t refresh, instead it went to a “Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to <insert site>” page. So now my site doesn’t come up anymore, as if it is down. What did I screw up this time and is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
