My Site is Blacklisted!

Hello,

My site address is https://permagnus.com/ . Recently I transfered the whole blog from a folder to a root folder and everything went fine.

But when I tried to ping it via pingoat (https://pingoat.com/), the script said that my blog has been blacklisted! Is there anything I could do about it (besides contacting the admin of the site)?
