    Hi @rafilathif

    I hope you’re well today!

The plugin itself shouldn’t be causing it but in some cases its lazy load may. Could you check, please?

    – enable the plugin again
    – go to Smush -> Lazy Load” page and temporarily disable Lazy Load
    – then clear all caches on site/server and reload the page

If the header gets back to normal after that it means that Lazy Load is involved. Most likely it would be possible to “tweak” it to let you keep using it without breaking the header but first we need to confirm if this is the case.

Please try it and let us know about results.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi @rafilathif

    Thanks for response!

If this brought your header back to as it should be then it means there’s “something” (usually it’s an image or an iframe) in that header that would need to be excluded from Lazy Load.

I’m afraid I’m not able to give more detailed response without actually checking the site. Would you mind sharing the link to the page in question so we could visit it and examine the header?

It would be also good if it would be with Lazy Load (so a “broken” header) enabled if possible.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi @rafilathif

    Thanks for response!

I checked and I don’t see any iframes there and other content that could be affected by lazy load, different then images. I suspect that it might be related to logo image then so let’s start with this: try excluding logo from lazy load.

To do this, first enable Lazy Load back and then go to “Smush -> Lazy Load” page and there add this line to the “Classes & IDs” option:

    .header-logo-img

Then save settings and clear all caches and check the header. If it’s still breaking, try also disabling “Gravatar” option in “output Locations” setting in Lazy Load configuration.

    Let’s see if that helps.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hello @rafilathif !

Hope you’re having a good day!

I’ll mark the topic as resolved for now as we haven’t heard back from you in a bit. Of course, we’re here if you have any additional questions.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel
