My site has dissapeared, how can I get it back?

Did u changed your site URL in Settings ???

I deleted the /wordpress bit, and now I can’t get to it.

You deleted the WordPress bit in Setting -> General ??????

seems you messed with site url setting.

Yeah I think I did, didn’t know I could do that! Any ideas how to get it back?

copy your index.php to your root site and change
from
require('./wp-blog-header.php');
to
require('./wordpress/wp-blog-header.php');

This will solve your problem

Login to the ftp of your site.. and download the wp-config.php file.
Paste this code in there

define('WP_HOME','https://example.com');
define('WP_SITEURL','https://example.com');

And upload the file again.
You site will be back.

also Add these two lines to the theme file name function.php , immediately after the initial “<?php” line.

update_option('siteurl',' https://www.himalayanriverfest.com/');

Sorry, I’m very new to all this stuff.

I have the domain and hosting with website source where I set up the wordpress. I then logged into my wordpress site and started editing it, now if I try and log it I get error 404 coming up

@grgadventurekayaking dont mix the solution of Nasir with My solution both solution need ftp knowledge and little understanding of WordPress.

Yes,
use that hosting login information to log in to your ftp.
then download wp-config.php and edit it.
