Remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

I am reviewing your guide. I attempted to login to the site through the admin console and received the hack screen above. I can not get into the site through wordpress at all. I had a crash 10 days ago when I was working on my site. A WP-Support company fixed the problem. the name of the company is FewLogics.com. The fix brought my site back up but the media and forms ad button wasn’t working anymore. So I contacted FewLogics.com and they fix the problem. They changed my password and This is how I believe I was hacked. Have you heard of that company FewLogics.com?

Nothing is working. I made it to the Login.php screen and WordPress doesn’t recognize my credentials: I received a change my email request to my email and tried to log in that way and “no go”.

If you are hosting through shared hosting, contact your hosting company and get them to roll back your database for you to before the problems started to appear. Then once site is up I suggest you get updraft backup or some other backup program. Always keep a backup of your website incase of any issues like this in order to have your website back up and running again as soon as possible. Again also follow recommended security measures. In the end though you should be able to contact your hosting company and get them to backdate your database to before all this happened.
