    Help!

My site has been working nicely. Contrast theme. Three columns.

    https://choveveitzion.com/

All I was doing was adding a Search site widget and a text widget with a photo linked to a page. The photo was too big for the left column. So I made it smaller.

But ever since then, my three columns are not one next to each other, but one on top of the other!!!

(In addition, the color of my text in my blog has changed from black to grey. I don’t know why this is either!)

I tried decreasing the width of the left column and of the center column. But still no success.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!

  • Did you add something to your stylesheet (CSS) file?

Do you have a backup copy of your site that you can compare any changes that have been made or possibly restore from?

Any plugins that you had to install first before you create the widgets? if so, have you disabled them for now?

Thank you Jason for your attention!

I only made changes to my style sheet after the problem began. And the only changes I made to it were to reduce some widths to try to solve the problem.

I should have some back ups from a couple of months ago.

A week or so ago I added an E-commerce plug-in. But everything’s been working fine till now.

    Jason,

Your approach was definitely correct: try removing my most recent changes.

I tried deleting my new widget, and everything goes back into place!

    Now I see the culprit:

    I had an extra:

    </

at the end of my html. So I guess it was messing things up.

    Thank you!

    Glad I could help!
