My Site Flooded with attacked! Please Help!

I host my own wordpress site on windows 2003 server. Everything seems to be working until i was hit flooded with SYN Flood attack (Sonicwall). I tried to deny access to the IPs but there seems to be so many of them. Any suggestions?
