My site doesn’t appear on Google

    Hello!

    I’ve built a website and after finishing it, it’s not appearing in the google search. I have no idea why it isn’t showing up?

    I built it using wordpress and after, installed Elementor to help out.

    I also have unticked the option “Search Engine Visibility Search Engine Visibility” in wordpress.

    I don’t know if it’s pertinent but I installed Yoast SEO plugin and went to the Google Console, inserted the website to activate it and such in the google results and it validated but so far, it still remains the problem of not showing up (I did this yesterday).

    Anybody has any clue?

    Thanks for reaching out about your site indexing, but you currently don’t have Yoast SEO installed, but a third-party SEO plugin.

    Once you have Yoast SEO installed, please reach out again, and we will be able to address your concerns.

Also, using Yoast SEO does not guarantee high rankings and traffic for your site because Google Rankings depend on many factors.     @maybellyne thanks for your reply. Since I’ve put up in the Google Console yesterday and it said it would take a few hours, as it’s been about 12h, I thought that, by this time, it would already show up. Do you think it usually takes longer?

    I’m asking because when I search in google the exact link of my website, it really doesn’t show up at all

    It might take longer especially since it’s a new site.
