my site does not work with mobile data

    Hello, I have a problem on my site, and with this problem it does not work with mobile data, only with the internet, and if we try to enter it with mobile data the site is loading and “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”

  • It is more of an error connecting to the site using the data —

    * is the speed provided by data connection fast enough to connect?
    * are you sure you don’t have problem with the browser you are using to visit the site on your mobile?

    not a browser error, the site just does not open if I have the mobile data active, but if I connect to the wi-fi it works normally
