My Site Crashed!!!! Can't even log in, Please help!

As the title says, my site has crashed. I had three plugins which were already deactivated and after I went to delete them, the site just crashed as you can see at [moderated ] One of the plugins that I deleted was wp-super-cache. I’m not sure if that is the cause of the crash, but can anyone please help me out, thank you in advance.
