    Sorry to hear that you are having some issues with the plugin. Could you please share a link to your site, so I can take a look and see if I can help you with something.

    You should not require any fixing, as the plugin does not change anything in the database. Upon proper plugin uninstall, it will remove all traces of the plugin and revert back all the changes. Have you tried uninstalling and clearing browser/server cache?

    they had to disable all the add-ons and plug-ins so that my site could be online again
    however all the customization was lost

    I think your pluggin does not work with elementor or I do not know what happened

    use it was fatal

    It should work fine with Elementor. There are no known compatibility issues at the moment.

    If you have staging environment on your hosting, you could try enabling the plugin there and verify that all is working as expected.
