My Sidebar is at Bottom – Not Right

No matter what theme I use the sidebar is at the bottom of the page instead of on the right hand side the way it used to be. This is the case on two pages I am using WordPress 2.0 with.

Why and how can I fix this. I have rudimentary undersanding of HTML.
