when we added the text with the short code, we saw the shortcode when the page loaded for the general public.

We aren’t sure what this plugin creates, but it doesn’t appear to be a page, post, or have a text widget (which we can’t add because there is not “ID”).

The goal is to allow them to enter their email if they wanted to. This is what the text would ideally read (it’s not currently what will show up, it should be a snap code at this point in time:

We will let you know when the website is ready

[This is where the shortcode is]

Do you have any advice or tricks to get this working? I’m using the kickstarter theme if that helps

    Hello,

Thank you for using the plugin. You are right, the content was not executing the shortcodes, which is why you would see the [shortcode] text instead of the correct output. I have just uploaded a new version of the plugin, please update it in your website. The shortcodes should show correctly this time.

Let me know if you have any other issues.
