    Hi, I have a problem
    I am using two types of shipping on my website. The default shipping of woocommerce and the shipping of your plugin.

    The problem is that sometimes when the client goes to pay, only the default shipping appears and the plugin does not appear, but the strange thing is that on some computers it does appear and on others it does not. Can you help me please.
    It happens with both anonymous clients and registered clients

    Hi,

    The only way to resolve an issue is to find a way to reproduce it first. Could you try to figure out the steps to reproduce?
