my share count not showing

  • I’m trying to add my own counts, since my website is still new and unknown and nothing is showing up.

    I believe you say to click “Url of the homepage of your website” and click “show share counts” Nothing happens even after clearing cache. I’m using standard interface. I’ve tried it on the first two posts seen here at https://femininefusion.net.

    Say this is the correct way to get it to work, when I try to share it to facebook it doesn’t show the right image.

    This issue has been fixed in just released version 2.4.3

    First, make sure you have updated the plugin. Second, explain what the issue is exactly.

    Hi… I have the red light at the theme http channel test function. Could this be a reason?

    The facebook count: Stange thing some days it works some days it wont work.

    Some days it shows some days it doesnt show counts…

    Even with all plug ins deactivated it doesnt work… I am wondering what could be the reason… It worked until one of the last updates.

    Is there any detail about this for what is this red light for?
    Would you set a lower Share Count Cache Refresh time (less than 4 minutes) in Miscellaneous section at plugin options page, so that we can look into the situation?
