My settings are not saving

    Hello,

    I have a problem when I change a setting on the plugin, it tells me that there are mandatory fields that have not been entered (it displays a 2 next to general parameter) however, all fields are full.
    And suddenly my changes are not taken into account. I disabled all the other plugins on my site and the problem is the same.
    Can you help me solve this problem please?

    Hi @digicomit ,
    we have replicated an issue which maybe is what you are facing. Please follow these steps and let us know if your issue is fixed.

    1) Go to Live Chat > Settings > General Settings
    2) Select “No fields” in “Required Chat Box Fields” setting
    3) Set a value for the fields “Default visitor name” and “Input Field Replacement Text”.
    4) Select again your preferred choice in “Required Chat Box Fields” setting
    5) Save settings.
