My server crashed – [autoindex:error] [pid 11806:tid 140497108571904]

Hi,

This morning my server crashed and all my websites are no longer available after having uploaded one picture in one of the website.

Here the error log I have:

[Wed Jul 29 03:38:56.119105 2015] [autoindex:error] [pid 11806:tid 140497108571904] [client ++++++++++++] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /home/+++++/public_html/++++++/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html.var,index.htm,index.html,index.xhtml,index.wml,index.perl,index.pl,index.plx,index.ppl,index.cgi,index.jsp,index.js,index.jp,index.php4,index.php3,index.php,index.phtml,index.shtml,default.htm,default.html,home.htm,index.php5,Default.html,Default.htm,home.html,welcome.html) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive

I went to the cPanel Manager file and I deleted the picture which were available here: /home/+++++/public_html/++++++/wp-content/uploads/2013/09

Unfortunately after having did this, all my websites are still not working ??
Could you please help my this issue?
