Who's Online Plugin trouble

    I install the WHO’S ONLINE Plugin, and activate it. But, after the installation of the Maxmind GeoLiteCity database. My server could not be able to load again. Even my CONTROL PANEL will load and it will report:

    The server at soccertipzone.com is taking too long to respond.

    However, the site is https://www.soccertipzone.com

    Can anyone tell me what to do?

  • You’ll need to use FTP (or other file manager your host uses) to delete that plugin from the plugin folder.

    How? None of the page can load. Even the control panel cannot load.

    Do you have FTP access to the files on your server? Ask your hosting company if you don’t know how to do that.

    Thanks I appreciate. But, I am trying to install one, and look if it can access the control panel.

    Wpyogi Thanks very much. It is resolved.

    I did not do anything, after like 40-50 minutes, everything get well. I think there was process of self configuration by the plugin.
