My RSS feed URL goes to a 404 error page

Hello, the feed to my website (www.stuffed-pepper.com/feed) produces a 404 error. I have deactivated all plugins and the problem was still there. I tried it with different themes and the problem was still there. I went to feedvalidator.org and put the feed URL in, and it said this: “It looks like this is a web page, not a feed. I looked for a feed associated with this page, but couldn’t find one. Please enter the address of your feed to validate.”

Then it showed me a page up with a bunch of code including the URL to what is supposed to be my feed.

Can anyone help me resolve this?
