So, Zapier has a new error with my rss feed for one of its services. Also, my syndication service reports that the RSS feed has an error is broken. Obvious this will not do. I’m hoping I can find some help with this.

Zapier reports this error: Error while retrieving: not well-formed (invalid token): line 154, column 127

?I used a feed validator and came up with this:?

    This feed does not validate.

line 60, column 132: XML parsing error: <unknown>:60:132: not well-formed (invalid token) [help]

    … default-16-scaled.jpg?fit=1200%2C675&ssl=1″ length=”” type=”image/jpg” />

In addition, interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.

line 33, column 0: Use of unknown namespace: com-wordpress:feed-additions:1 [help]

    <site xmlns=”com-wordpress:feed-additions:1″>53446748</site> <item>
line 46, column 0: style attribute contains potentially dangerous content: max-width [help]

    <a href=”https://www.cameronjournal.com/unions-and-you/”><img title=”33841″ …
line 52, column 0: style attribute contains potentially dangerous content: max-width [help]

  • Something is adding parameters to the URLs of your images that are not validly formatted in the RSS feed. This is probably caused by a plugin you are using. My advice would be to disable plugins until the feed is valid. Start with Jetpack and the Siteground Optimizer.

Thank you very much! I turned off some photo settings in Jetpack and things are back up and running! Thanks @threadi

Glad if I could help. You are welcome to set the topic to solved.

Note others: shut off the photo caching/fast loading options in Jetpack if you’re having this issue.
