My rss feed does not have an enclosure tag

I am using Sendinblue to send emails about new posts. It should include an image for each post and I have set a featured image but there is no enclosure tag in the rss (I searched the feed… definitely not there). Is this something I need to set up manually for each post or should it be included automatically in the feed. Please advise.
