my right hand column slipped to bottom right of blog

for some reason, my right hand column has descended to the bottom right side of my blog..see https://barrylando.com
what do i do to raise it back up? also is it possible to add a subpage and have it not visible on the right hand column, but just a highlighted entry on the principle page? thanks barry lando
