My Rewards not working on WordPress Back End

Hi there,

Last week I downloaded My Rewards and it appeared to work fine and I added a loyalty reward. Now when I go to My rewards in the back end of WordPress and click ‘Points and rewards’ nothing happens, it’s just a grey screen with nothing on it.

I have deactivated nearly all my other plugins as someone has said to me before that this can block other plugins from functioning, but it’s still not working!

Any help is always appreciated!
