Thank you for your reply. I did the solution but it doesn’t work.

I installed the cert in my server and change php.ini but the plugin doesn’t sync.

You can also contact your hosting support to ask for help with the SSL certificate. Then test the SSL status with this tool https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/index.html
