My Restaurant ID and/or Name do not come up in the auto-complete field

I search for my restaurant in the search/add field of the widget within WP Backend and it doesn’t show up in the auto-complete dropdown list…yet it exists on OpenTable (https://www.opentable.com/r/urban-taco-reservations-san-antonio).

My two other locations work fine in there and are able to be found. But when I search for my third location by rID (265705) and name (Urban Taco Alamo Heights) in the widget…it doesn’t show up so I can’t add it to my locations.

Do I need to update/re-sync the database or something? Thanks for any help/direction on this.
