  • Hello @dav1d96r !

Hope you’re having a good day and apologies for the inconvenience you’ve faced in this case.

I checked the page in question, but for me the form didn’t show at all. I saw there’s a “Crear una cuenta” option, but clicking on it didn’t cause anything to happen.

Can you share a bit more details about the issue you’ve faced and also the steps to replicate/see it on the site?

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

Perfect, yesterday we could make registrations without any inconvenience but in the afternoon the forms were broken when making a registration the page freezes and does not allow us to select some of the fields that we have in the list You do not know what happens why it’s blocked

@dav1d96r Unless it’s spam, abuse or something broken in the forums please do not report topics again.

It is not a means to get faster support, it only gets forum moderators attention and no one else.

You’re not reporting yourself as a spammer who needs to be banned, are you? I’m pretty sure that was not your intention

    Hi @dav1d96r,

Can you please provide us with a bit more info on how your setup is supposed to look and what issues are you exactly experiencing, with steps to replicate.

As Pawel mentioned we don’t see any forms on the homepage of your site, is the form supposed to be rendered there or on some other page?
If it’s supposed to show on homepage can you share a screenshot of where exactly the form is supposed to be shown, or if we need to follow some steps to see it.

Did you update anything on your site around the time the issues started?

If you press F12 on page before you submit the form does it show any console errors?

Can you please perform a full conflict test so we can see if there’s anything on your site conflicting with the form?
You can do this by disabling all plugins except Forminator and switch to default WP theme.
Try to submit the form again and if it works reactivate the plugins one by one until the issue is back.
This will tell us where the conflict is coming from so we can investigate it further.

I suggest doing this test on a staging site, or of you don’t have one make sure you have a backup of your live site before doing the test.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

We had to remove the form so that it no longer compromised the page, it was already included in a test page, I leave the link in this comment. the problem is that it does not run, the problem is that it is too slow to load.
must be patients it takes up to 5 min to show the form.

    thanks

    Hi @dav1d96r

I’ve visited this page and I can’t load it at all. There’s only a loader animation showing up for me and browser becomes fully unresponsive.

Interestingly, there’s no meaningful errors showing up in browser console and no important requests/assets loading seems to be stalled.

You mentioned that it was working before and stopped suddenly – were there any changes made to the site whatsoever, like e.g. some updates?

Have you tried to perform conflict test as suggested by my colleague above? A conflict test is an essential troubleshooting process that can often help a lot in finding out a reason of a given issue.

There’s also one more thing that I’m wondering about. In your initial post you wrote, I quote, “it has 2400 fields with some codes”. Is the form really that big – having 2400 fields? Or was it just a type and there’s less of them (24 or 240) or am I misunderstanding that statement?

    Kind regards,
    Adam
